The promise

Your big day, just how you imagined it.

Palette matching, sizing, delivery to the venue, and the return label are one guided system — so you never have to become a linen expert.

the enemy

If any of this
sounds familiar,
you’re not alone.

Not wedding stress in general — the specific weight of caring deeply about something nobody taught you to do.

01

30 tabs open, no answer.

More options, more hours, and less certainty than when you started.

02

Almost right.

Each piece looks fine alone. Together, something is off and you can’t name it.

03

Pinterest, untranslated.

Beautiful references that don’t survive a real venue, real tables, real light.

04

Twelve shades of cream.

Too many options, and no framework for choosing between them.

05

Rules nobody explains.

Undertone, drop, fabric weight — unspoken standards everyone still judges.

06

The vision–execution gap.

You can picture the wedding. Nothing tells you whether what you build will match.

We don’t simplify the decisions. We remove the risk of getting them wrong.

Every palette is pre-matched. Every size is named in real numbers, not industry codes.

GUIDED ORDERING

The Linen Lineup

One workspace that turns colors, tables, and quantities into a plan you can read before anything ships.

how it works

Three steps.
No second-guessing.

Years of wedding design, turned into three decisions you can make this afternoon.

Wedding color palette swatches in warm neutral tones
Step 01 — Your colors

Pick a palette, not a pixel.

A dress name, a saved pin, a hex. Compare any shade against your dress in the digital swatch library.

Round reception table dressed with a floor-length tablecloth and napkins
Step 02 — Your tables

Sizes in plain English.

“60-inch round, seats 8” — not “TR-12-RND.” We do the drop, overhang, and quantity math.

Pressed linens folded and ready to lay on the table
Step 03 — Your venue

Pressed, inspected, handled.

Everything arrives ready to lay straight on the table, with a prepaid return label in the box.

linen education

Not All Linens Are Created Equal

The difference shows up where a product photo can’t: undertone, weight, drop. Linen Lab starts with a color-true digital swatch library and narrows the options before you are asked to choose.

  • Undertone

A cream can read yellow, gray, pink, or bone beside a dress. We match the family first.

  • Scale

A folded swatch and a full table are not the same colour. Drop and room light both move it.

  • Finish

Texture and sheen decide whether a table reads soft, crisp, or formal — before the flowers arrive.

proof of standard

A higher standard than a single local market can usually hold.

After 25 years inside wedding design, Joelee built Linen Lab around the after-hours pattern she kept seeing: capable self-planners doing professional-level work without the professional system. The answer is a digital-first, ship-and-return rental model that keeps the standard consistent beyond a single local market.

25 years
Wedding-design decisions translated into plain-language guidance.
Ship-and-return
Venue delivery, prepaid return label, and no laundering on your side.
Beyond local
One consistent matching standard instead of whatever one nearby shelf has left.
Color-true swatches
Every shade photographed to the same standard, so the screen and the cloth agree.
  • The design layer comes first.

Color, table shape, fabric behavior, and quantity are treated as connected decisions before the order is assembled.

  • The logistics are part of the promise.

The rental flow is built around delivery to the venue and a prepaid return label, so the standard does not depend on a local errand.

  • The credit stays with you.

The system does the matching and guardrails quietly. The finished table still feels like your call, not someone else taking over.

rent vs buy

Rent what the wedding needs. Return what it does not.

For one-day tables, renting well is often the smarter choice: linens sized to the plan, pressed before they leave us, and table-ready at the venue — with nothing to store, launder, or resell afterward.

The claim stays specific: the rental model keeps event linens in circulation and builds the return step into the order.

our beliefs

Beautiful weddings
shouldn't be gatekept
by planners.

Five convictions, each tied to something we actually do.

01

The middle market deserves beauty.

So we build with the design integrity of luxury, in plain language, at prices you can see.

02

Planning your own wedding isn’t settling.

So you should feel more capable after using us, not less.

03

Wedding planning shouldn’t feel like a second job.

So we pre-match, pre-coordinate, and pre-solve. The hardest part is done before the box arrives.

04

Gathering is a social good.

So every step is one we removed. If you have to open a new tab to understand us, we’ve failed.

05

The credit is always yours.

When the table looks stunning, that’s your result. “I nailed it.” Not “they saved me.”

Sizing, plainly.

Real numbers for real tables.

Round, rectangle, sweetheart, and head-table sizing with the drop and overhang math already done. One email, one link.

No spam, no upsells. One email with a direct link to the guide.

Questions, plainly answered.

Will the colors actually match?

That is the whole point of what we do. Send us your palette — even a bridesmaid dress name or a photo — and we match your linens to it across more than 200 shades. If a shade is close rather than exact, we tell you before you order, so there are no surprises at the venue.

What if it looks different in person than on my screen?

Screens lie, so we do not ask you to trust one. Start a free consultation and we will confirm the match against real references — like the Azazie or Birdy Grey color you are working from — before anything ships.

Will the linens arrive wrinkled?

No. Everything is pressed and inspected before it leaves us, and it arrives ready to lay straight onto the table. You should not have to track down a steamer the morning of your wedding.

What happens if something spills or tears?

Weddings are messy and we plan for it. Normal wear, small spills, and the occasional drop of wine are expected and covered — you are not on the hook for a glass of red.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. The price you see covers the linens and the coordination. Delivery to your venue and the prepaid return label are spelled out up front, so the number you approve is the number you pay.

How far ahead should I order?

About two weeks before your date is plenty, and earlier is always welcome. It gives us room to match, press, and deliver without anyone rushing — including you.
